Square 2.0 (2021) nació de la colaboración con el orfebre Rembrandt Jordan. Juntos transformamos la plata en una escultura viva, donde la luz no es decoración sino co-creadora. El resultado es una danza entre reflejo y oxidación.
“Augmented handcrafted silver sculptures.” The allure of natural silver to the naked eye in real time lies not only in it’s inherent spectral shine, but also in its ability to reflect and deflect light. Exploring the boundaries between the real and the augmented in a balanced dance of electromagnetic simulated luminescence. Due to the influence of light, the silver sculpture undergoes a transformation and a new state is created, a new reality. We present sculptures in the context of dualities, two extremes residing in one element silver. The light and the dark, the natural and the oxidized reflected and deflected.
