Square 2.0 (2021) ontstond in samenwerking met fijnmetaalkunstenaar Rembrandt Jordan. Samen transformeren we zilver tot een levende sculptuur, waar licht geen decoratie is, maar een medeschepper. Het resultaat is een dans tussen reflectie en oxidatie.

The allure of natural silver to the naked eye in real time lies not only in it’s inherent spectral shine, but also in its ability to reflect and deflect light. 

Exploring the boundaries between the real and the augmented in a balanced dance of electromagnetic simulated luminescence. 

Due to the influence of light, the silver sculpture undergoes a transformation and a new state is created, a new reality.

We present sculptures in the context of dualities, two extremes residing in one element silver. The light and the dark, the natural and the oxidized reflected and deflected.
